Rates
Our rates are given in Moroccan Dirhams (Dh) and the value in US Dollars ($) or €uros (€) will depend on the current exchange rates. The rates given on our site are including all taxes. However, taxes can change without any prior notice.
Bookings
For bookings, shoot us an email at info@batoulvoyages.com and our customers’ care executives will reply to your mail within 24 Hours in most cases.
Deposits
Payments need to be sent by Bank transfer in the name of Batoul Voyages. For FIT’s, you need to guarantee the rooms upon booking confirmation, particularly at Riads and luxury hotels. The deposit required will depend on the riad’s category and the duration of stay. For Groups, upon confirmation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount of all confirmed services. The remaining balance will be communicated according to the schedule of Hotels and Riads. You need to pay the remaining balance 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations & Refund prior Arrival
In case of any cancellation, you should send an email to Batoul Voyages. This cancellation is taken into consideration only when received by Batoul Voyages in the business day. The refund amount will depend on each property’s policy. However, clients cannot be refunded for early departure or unused services. For more details, you can contact us via email.
General Cancellations Policy
For some properties, the refund policy might be different base on the deposits required. More details will be sent to you at the time of confirmation.
Our regular coach Tours: Imperial cities and the discovery of Morocco are not subject to any refund upon cancellation due to any reason. The cancellation of the Private, tailored Tours will change as per hotels/Riads cancellation policy.
